    How long does it take to ship a customized cover?

    Ogni cover personalizzata viene prodotta su ordinazione. Tempi medi: 1-2 giorni lavorativi di produzione + spedizione standard 24-48h in Italia.

    In totale ricevi l'ordine entro 2-4 giorni lavorativi.

    Is the cover compatible with MagSafe?

    La versione Tough MagSafe è dotata di magneti integrati ad anello per un attacco perfetto. Le versioni Tough standard e Vegan Leather sono compatibili con i caricabatterie wireless Qi ma non con gli accessori magnetici MagSafe.

    Can I return a custom cover?

    I prodotti personalizzati (con iniziali o design custom) non sono rimborsabili salvo difetti di produzione. Se ricevi un prodotto difettoso scrivi a hello@coverlab.it entro 14 giorni.

    I prodotti standard senza personalizzazione godono del diritto di recesso di 14 giorni.

    How do I clean the cover?

    Use a microfiber cloth lightly dampened with warm water. Avoid alcohol, harsh detergents, or abrasive sponges that could dull the print.

    How long does the printing take?

    We use high-definition UV printing with inks resistant to scratches, sun, and daily wear. With normal use, the print remains intact for over 2 years.
