Our personalization is done individually on each item which is unique and therefore may have slight imperfections.

To keep your item clean use a damp cloth and keep it away from chemicals, perfumes and oils as contact with these materials and/or excessive rubbing against other surfaces may cause your product to be damaged or affect the color of the personalisation.

The orders are usually shipped from our facility after 2/3 business days. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods.

Please note that due to extremely high volume during this period you may experience delays in responses from our Customer Experience team. Please allow up to 72hrs for a response. We are committed to responding to each and every customer as promptly as we can!

If you placed your order during peak season or before major festivals (e.g., Valentine’s Day), please allow up to 7 business days for your order to process.

ITALY

Standard Shipping (3-5 working days) - €3.00 / FREE ON ORDERS OVER €30

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number from Poste Italiane. Please note that parcels sent with Poste Italiane need to be registered at the logistic centre before any further tracking information can be provided, which usually takes 2-3 days. This means that you do not have to worry if no information is showing.

BRT Express Shipping (1-2 working days) - €5.00

As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with the Tracking Number to track the delivery.
There are occasions that the delivery may take a bit longer. Please refer to the estimation that is displayed on the tracking page of the courier service

REST OF THE WORLD

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery time is not guaranteed for Standard Shipping as there are lot of factor affecting its speed and thus we would suggest Express Shipping if there is a date that you would like to meet.

Standard Shipping - €5.00 / FREE ON ORDERS OVER €50

Our delivery times with standard shipping may vary. For standard shipping, orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination location. These delivery times are estimated and you will always find applicable delivery times in the checkout once placing the order.
When your package has been shipped and you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Some postal services will deliver your item to your door, porch and/or mailbox. Coverlab will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if your parcel is left at an unattended address. FedEx Express Shipping (2-5 working days) - €10.00

For the majority countries in the world, Express shipping will deliver the package to you within 2-5 business days from the date of shipment. Time may vary, depending on handling time in customs.
