Warranty

Coverlab has a limited warranty that covers manufacturers’ defects for 12 months and print defects for 3 months from delivery of item.

This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship that are a direct result of manufacturing processes and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is that generated from daily use and can additionally be from coming in contact with abrasive substances, surfaces or chemicals, excessive exposure in direct sunlight, high humidity and temperature extremes.

Warranty Period: From date of purchase - as long as the customer owns the device for which the product is used.

Policy and Applicability: Includes product defects for the lifetime of the device that it was purchased for.

Remedy: Product will be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal value. The customer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Proof of purchase required.
